Cellulitis Pathophysiology

Attractions in London

London is the typical city that we go on trips, always running and when you leave, there is the feeling of missing you so much to see, but that's the truth .. .

Before going to detail what "I" I would not miss London, I want to make a series of recommendations.

Most of us take advantage of the current cheap low cost where everything you sell in English but the "Scratch and Win" you also sell it in Castilian. Where are those sophisticated flight where the flight attendants / stewards attending you kindly all your requests ...! Now more it seems that you have mounted on the train 50 years ago Robla and you are about to remove the sausage pie and share with your fellow travelers. The suitcases are not billed (for not paying € 30 each) are piled up under the feet of passengers (previously unthinkable not to be sure!), Seats, increasingly narrow .. Pasadita poor weight that it intends to travel on these airlines! they are going to see and they are going to want to fit his plump body in these cavities. The corridor, before now Strait aircraft is impossible! as you neglect an instant shift steward I sliced the foot that has dared to stretch out a bit .. In addition, the transfer of sales there in the plane will not let you rest for a moment. They have set such a circus, you can not get bored even for five minutes. Every now and then have the poor steward by selling a newspaper, a hot drink or cold, or a brownie, or a scratch or a colony, or the train fare to get to the station. Stress relief!

Think carefully before checking in or not, a suitcase . I think the next time I'll do well if I buy something, I can put it in the bag, very difficult in the case of Nancy let you go.

Well, once we passed the plane to London and if Stansted Airport is chosen we will run away (do not know why, but everyone always runs when you exit the plane, it is like to lose something important .. incomprehensible, but infects us all) And two things can happen:
 1. That we bought the train ticket to take us to central London on the plane and we are just getting on him, quietly (15 'is a train)
 2. to go with the family, and be better off with the family card to make us a significant discount on the ticket especially for children. In any case, always take the ticket back to neglect the issue. (The card expiration family has one year and not ask license to get tickets again ..)
Once we reach the station Liverpool, as surely have had a late flight, My advice is to take a taxi (there are up to 6 people) to take them to the hotel, and the next day to start trying to buy the travelcard , they allow on all meters and buses London (choose minimum zones 1-2) for 1, 2 or 3 days as they need.
As for the choice of Hotel 'm not going to get, beyond each with its economy, which is the playground for big fuss. But yes I would do is ensure that it is relatively close to Liverpool station, because the day of march will cost us less to get to the station and make better use of time. By the way, if anyone has thought to leave the suitcases in the luggage of the season the last day, that make the most of the day, and they advance that each case will stand in their day by 8 pounds (either a time, are 8 hours ... almost nothing!) Oh, and the hotel, you'd better be near a metro station!

Well, we're in London! how exciting! Where do we start? Well, after having gone several times, I feel I still have not seen it all, but to me what I like best is:
 • Museums: London museums are free, I do not lose (albeit in passing) in this order: British Museum (all that our English friends sleeve for the world to other civilizations), London Museum (history London, setting out the housing s. XIX), Natural History Museum (the building is divine, the content is shocking, you see by your imagination go to all Englishmen hunting adventure through the world collecting species capture, buff, so strong), the National Gallery ( gallery to impress). And very well appointed (but I have not visited), the Wax Museum and the Transport . (I left a jug of museums, but is that as I say, I see a lot more!)
 • Markets: for me the most spectacular is Camden Town! do not expect bargains, but only walk there is already great. Located in a stable of hundreds of years, have set up a sales network of amazing. Another not to be missed Covent Garden, with musicians and artists scattered around and recreational areas. Crafts and curios everywhere. And other market divine Portobello, with its stalls of clothing and second-hand goods.
 • Shopping : for if you're not going to Harrods is not going to London, but recently I discovered Liberty, and I think that Harrods does not arrive or the soles of shoes. Liberty is divine I find climbing Regent Street, after passing Hamleys toy store, a little higher (I forget the street) turn right and you see the hills with this spectacular Victorian building that is Liberty. Do not miss the Christmas section, it's magic, much better than Harrods, seriously. Will you stay with your mouth open. Essential
 • soho walk through the with its pubs, and night visit Chinatown, colorful and full of life, we can eat from street stalls or enter any of the lots of Chinese restaurants that show their ducks lacquered in their windows. Another thing is that you know choose While the menu, among which is in English and Chinese is the end not even know what you ask. And if not tell that to my son, who asked me soup and I chose a soup that was hotter than a chili dissolved on the tongue! When we leave it for Shasftesbury Chinatown street theaters and cinemas, which goes to Picadilly , with a great atmosphere in, worthy of the salsa.
 • the Thames Path . Another imperative to reach by subway station Tower of London, if time can be visited, although I'm not too passionate about the jewelry of the Queen, who is illusion makes it special. Always leave with a photo at the expense of the Beefeater or crows. Upon his departure, take a trip across the London Bridge , and if you can, go inside. From there, we will take a boat to take us to Parliament and Big Ben famous. If given time, touring the area, no waste, Webmister Abbey, the royal guard horse en route to Trafalgar Square ...
 • Parks: and have nothing else in town, but beautiful parks have to be bored. Maybe if the day is sunny, it'll chase the squirrels in search of food, and lots of people enjoying the day. If it rains, the better looking for other options.
Well, I can say here, because this post has turned out longer than a day without bread. On another trip I'll tell you more! Pets suggestions, reviews, trivia and anything else that you can make to our next trip to London!

How Can I Do My Hair Like Synyster Gates?

Templars' Abbey Hotel in

Before forget our stay at the Abbey Hotel Templar at the pool, I'll dedicate this post to discuss it fully. Look, I've traveled all kinds of accommodation shelters hostels, apartments, farms, zip lines, hotels, hotelazos, resorts, colleges, jungle huts, tents, caravans and even a London school in the style of Harry Potter, with hundreds of years "real" behind .. but the Templars' Abbey Hotel, left me very impressed.

fully feel the effort they have made to rebuild an "abbey palace" (as I would call) located in a typical "English village" . The surroundings of the Hotel is fully achieved, the facilities are very comfortable and I found everything I needed to enjoy the maximum stay.

When I heard that the Hotel was at 100% occupancy I trembled. That, in most cases usually means: a spa crowded, do not get a hammock by the pool or raving lunatic, a racking aisle by scandal .. and many more that I will not list here. However, 100% occupancy at the Abbey of the Templars means that the room becomes more crowded, but at no point we feel overwhelmed, stacking people, busy ... It was fantastic, really.

A highlight of the Hotel (not the owner hired me to write this post !!!):
 1. The service is great. To be a big hotel, it is surprising that the Director himself go to welcome you to your table, and over, there is as yet everything is to your liking at all other times (without being a celebrity impressive !!!). The reception staff and restaurant, very close and friendly. People who were responsible for cleaning, they were almost transparent .. no sound, no voice, fantastic. The girls attending the spa, warm and friendly what more could you want? My score, 10 in this regard.
 2. decor very, very carefully. Craft tables of place, atmosphere is very accomplished, crafted woodwork, masonry that seemed a thousand years .. And the rooms, wonderful! All had the same style furniture with a modernist (and angular forms that impossible), hand-embroidered quilt, plasma TV, king size bed and hipercómoda, excellent views and a very good sound insulation.
 3. The spa, fabulous . Large swimming pool, steam room, sauna, Scottish showers, foot baths, water beds, swimming pool float, and the best ... one bed room starry sky warm with color and relaxing music ... uummmm delight!
 4. The breakfast was pretty good, and the restaurant menu just right. Can not say it was impressive, but we had no complaints.
Something that we did not like?. .. to get any hits, let's say they offer a range of activities that ultimately we fail to achieve because no group was formed, perhaps for me this is the only thing we missed. Moreover, it is a highly recommended hotel, and if you are lucky and you fit the offers usually have a phenomenon, because there will be price.

Nothing, if you can give a walk around there, also visit the area is wonderful.

Alberca Salamanca hornazo recipe and where to eat at the pool

Before entering fully into the recipe ornazo h Salamanca, where you mention to eat good, great, was in the village of Pool . Me to be your sincere, until 4 days, I had no idea what was hornazo, and see you where, I ended up at the bakery of Maria Luz in the c / Tablao of the Pool (the street of souvenir "I call myself), and I ran in front of him.

entered
in the store looking for something like a pie to take home as sandwich, our day's excursion. And then we have a tremendous mazacote cornmeal cholesterol filled to the brim (ham, bacon, sausage and I know that most of sausage). I bought it with my reservation, thinking about my medical diet (of course), but as always, tempted to try something new. Thought it would be quite dry and I was right across settings. The corn flour bread reminded me of our talo con chorizo (very well to dietary cholesterol), and was melt in your mouth.
How
While the clerk said, something worth € 18 per kilo! "Find it cheaper, but no good!" And he was right. It was scrumptious. And now that you know where you can find a hornazo of death, I leave you with a little history and recipe of it that I found on the net ..

seems that hornazo of Salamanca came back in the sixteenth century, when Lent was put to the women of gay life outside the city. The men of the time they could not live without them, would find them on Easter Monday, with a pan full of earth products charra: pork, to be exact. And happily shared it with them as they brought them back to the city.

And now, if someone comes to life, this is the recipe that I found on the blog of Alberto Gonzales:

Ingredients for the dough (for about 6-8 people)

 • 500 gr.
 • flour 200 ml.
 • water 100 ml.
 • white wine 50 ml. olive oil 1 egg
 • 25 gr. lard
 • 25 gr.
 • fresh yeast 5 gr. sugar (a tablespoon of coffee)
 • 10 gr. salt (two teaspoons)
 • 1 / 8 Coffee spoon dye Yellow

Ingredients for the filling

 • 300-400 gr.
 • sausage
 • 300-400 gr. fillets of marinated pork (or bacon) 3 boiled eggs

Preparation First prepare the dough in two steps:
 1. Mix in a bowl with the aid of a Fork 300 gr. flour with 200 ml . water, the 100 ml. white wine, the 25 gr. fresh yeast, the 5 gr. sugar and dye . Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in refrigerator 2-3 hours .
 2. was added to the mix before the rest of the flour (200 gr.) , the 50 ml. olive oil, the 25 gr. melted lard , a beaten egg and 10 gr. salt. Mix using a fork and finish kneading by hand for several minutes. We put the dough in a bowl that we will cover with plastic wrap and let rest 1 or 2 hours in the refrigerator .
Once the dough is ready when split it into 2 and roll out with a roller each to leave with a thickness of about 3mm . Enough to fill a tray of about 30 × 40 cm .
have the first layer on a baking sheet on it over the filling and the second layer of dough.
firmly shut the borders, we spread the top layer surface with beaten egg and prick in several places with a fork to release air when cooking is not hollow inside.
We put the tray in a preheated oven at 200 º C in the lower third of oven, heat up and down for about 30 minutes .

Valley of Batuecas in

When still fresh colors, scents and scenery of Valle de las Batuecas , I'll write this post. The Batuecas for which I'm not sure where to locate it is to the north of Caceres Hurdes and land south of Salamanca. Located in the Sierra de France, is the natural area of Las Batuecas. In recent years, just one way or another, returning to this country stronger and harder still jealously guards its natural treasures.

This time, we stayed at the Abbey of the Templars (I'll talk about it later) and yesterday, we decided Going into the Batuecas Valley, guided almost exclusively by the flow of the river Batuecas , despite the redundancy. In Search of the Neolithic paintings that hide the multiple coats, begin the road and discovered much more than rock art. Butterflies of many colors and sizes, electrical dragonflies, yews, oaks, cypresses and umbrella pines, that's what the whole journey with us.
the shade of leafy trees ran our way, and every few minutes, we made a stop in a puddle of clear water . Refreshing dip for sure, but better than any self-respecting urban spa. Waterfalls, slides and pools, followed one another tranquilamentes, giving his blessing to the walkers.

Tour
clean, not yet apparent traces of cans of beer or cigarettes stacked. A wonderful about an idyllic setting. How long I wonder? I hope a lot. While the road is hard and there is no bar there, its beauty will last.

And today, I only tell you this, my wonderful encounter with an enchanted valley ...

PD. I forgot to tell you where to begin this journey. My advice is that you go by the house of the Park which is just off Swim Pool Batuecas address (a new building). They will give you all the information and plans you may need to not lose any of the Sierra de Francia. I leave the exact guidelines on how to get there, hoping that will leave no trace of your passage on the river, still as immaculate human garbage. As you are lowering the port Portillo (after all the curves!), Find the right a sign of national parks large enough, it says "game reserve." Indicates a dirt road running down to about 200 meters to the entrance of the Monastery of the Batuecas. Meteis you there, and you leave the car there. The truth is that there is little parking, and walk through the park rangers there, which never hurts. Here starts the path accompanying river.

Pool beaches in Malaga and Nerja Hotel Marinas de Nerja Beach & Spa

As I doubt that I return to Malaga Holiday (not for nothing, is simply to taste), the better I tell you now my time at the beaches of Nerja Hotel Marinas de Nerja Beach & Spa.

To begin to tell you that it is a destination that excited me, because when I was in the Mediterranean, I think, that the dark sand beaches of Malaga can not compete with those of other areas. Nor am I overly excited the "ole ole" and bulls, which, all the paraphernalia that usually ride for the tourists, I'm a bit lazy. Still, this year we encourage and we went down there.

I will start to talk about the hotel and the beach "Playazo" pun intended, where it was located . My hotel choice was based almost exclusively on that was 50 m from the sea and as I was imagining I just out of bed plunging into the warm sea waters of my childhood. No, the first day as we arrived, the first thing we did was go to the beach (which is supposed to have blue flag) and my career peliculera to shore is stopped cold! a suspicious mousse floating peacefully with these iridescent hues that often cause or fuel oil in ports. Yuck! I did not get wet above the knee.

But do not worry, we're not discouraged. We had a great pool at the hotel, so we would use the pool. Ja! the hotel was at 100% occupancy, so expect me some laps in the pool or catch a hammock, was fantasy, yesterday and today.

No problem, let's look at the good part of the case, we had a room overlooking sea and we're not going to complain at reception had worked hard to give that location. Great location, not to lose all the soirees that were held up late at night. Ideal if you want to live the "sauce" of the hotel, but I have inherently born soda, and just what I want is another type of "partying", what can I do.

And here we were wrong to deny that the Hotel, we decided to go for a drink at c hiringuito "chil out" the beach, where the background music is interspersed with music pachanguera pool. So I closed my eyes and threw myself to swallow my piña colada to see if I sense a bit clouded and dull I forgot what I had been to choose this hotel.

As rooms were nice, clean, practical, with a flat TV 32 '(yes), a nice terrace, beds regulín regularly ... It is seen that efforts had been made in soundproof rooms, not you heard anything from the next room, but they had forgotten to do something with the front door. He was so weak that even a fly could be heard as he passed in front. So if you intend to sleep after 7:30 am in the morning are ready! the transfer of clean cars is unbearable, and the constant paging long story. Remember to take earplugs, and you'll get up to 9 hours without waking. No more, because you lose your breakfast, and there is no way to breakfast after 10.30 h.

Let the spa. Because I was not going to go away without probrarlo, of course! The spa is a tiny pool has a steam room, sauna, Scottish shower, etc. .. we enjoy because we were alone, but I imagine that with 10 people, the thing gets a bit complicated, too small the site. However, I took the time to treatment chocolatherapy me (I always think the same, the repast!) And Mercedes, one of the masseurs from the hotel, so I tried to excellent. It's a lovely little girl and also has hands that are blessed glory. The service, really good, really.

I think that end, the best thing about this hotel is breakfast. Impressive, freshly squeezed juices, space for vegetarians, all fruits, meats, sweets and salty. Very, very well.

My recommendation? in summer is ideal for families with children, the kids passed it cannon, but it is not quiet to go with a partner at the time, what can we do?

As beaches, you will not find any agglomeration. Agglomeration I understand that you get to the beach and get to the frontline. Well, in these beaches virtually everywhere you can find a huequecito to be quiet without stepping to the side. They are all precious stones more or less, but look great. However, water quality is another story. Because what I've found floating in some of them I will not tell here. My favorite, Maro beach, clear water, low occupancy, is of pebbles and access is where God lost his sandal (one km of slope plus or minus, from where you leave the car. Then up the hill to the sunny noon!). Yes, have snack bar and well worth the effort.

And a little more I can tell, perhaps reticent to talk about what they are catering Nerja (do not speak the hotel where the service is very good), I speak of bars and restaurants in Nerja. In general, we found that the comrades @ s were almost deaf, did not know simple words like "hello" "bye" "thank you", rather they would roll "yes" "no", "grrr" "mmm "and a rare gesture that I could never decipher. Come see them happy with what they did.

Well, this was my time in Manchester, so eager to come back, because I have no truth. The people of Chanquete is very nice, but I think that the foreigners like more!

What to do in Granada and do in Granada! That's the question!

There are many things to see and do in Granada Granada. If you search the internet, surely emerge one hundred thousand plans. I'll try, without dwelling too much, take a quick repasito on what we can not miss this incredible Andalusian city.

first to tell you, though it is clear that the best time to visit Granada is spring. The sun does not kill you, heat you let live and the flowers are in full splendor. That said, I will detail what I like most about this land.

start with the symbol of Granada, the Alhambra is . You know that it is better to buy tickets online, but if anyone is confused (like me, that I was not sure how to get organized), sold at the box office direct 1000 entries a day. This year, the theme of the crisis seems to be less crowded than usual, and if you still get mid-morning the coveted passes.

Visit the Alhambra with 40 º and 3 pm, is not the most appropriate, but never mind, dragging his feet and looking for the multiple shadows of course we got our goal. My advice in that if we spend too much time, bring a sandwich, the food inside is infamous. And do not wear thin-soled sandals, the martyrdom of feel all the bumps of the pavement is a cross, and if not, what I say to myself. To get there, it's best to use the buses 30 or 32, are caught in Gran Via and leave you in the door. By the way, if you have a chance to hear a concert at the Palacio de Carlos V or doubt it! the sound is amazing, I had never heard anything like it ..

The second point is Granada visited the Cathedral, huge and majestic, is sheltered by buildings on every corner. Although there are buried the Catholic Monarchs, Isabel and Fernando (the "as soon mounts, mounts both Isabel and Fernando" .. well, yes, sir, the same), along with Juana la Loca and Philip the Fair .. to me, what I liked was the altarpiece and the two bodies that lined the main aisle. € 3.5 Prepare to enter the mausoleum and another 3.5 € to enter the Cathedral.

Leaving the Cathedral (by the mausoleum door) do not miss the Alcaicería souk, an ancient silk market, which became the main souk in the city. Between very narrow streets, lots of stalls Moorish happen without a break. One would think we are in Morocco or other Arab souk. Multitude of gifts to buy.

Of course, do not miss the Albaicín that under Muslim rule, was the largest population center. Among cobbled, white houses that increasingly give way to little cottage and small buildings, hills of heart attack and colorful pots .. reach the most amazing view of Granada, Mirador de San Cristobal. From there you can contemplate the Alhambra in all its splendor and Sierra Nevada in the background. Suffer incredible 40 degrees and still glimpse the snow in the mountains. Cool! Another particular advice, ask a taxi driver to turn up to the viewpoint, and from there go down tranquilarmente and enjoying the environment.

Before coming to Gran Via, on the way down from the Mirador, search Street Old Boilers and iced tea in any of the tea shops you will find there. Back on the streets turn to move in space. Cairo souk which, find the street of the teahouse. Leather and tea on all four sides, Moors leveraged in their chairs watching of their goods. It seems incredible how Grenada is linked to Muslim history. These pockets so curious, give it a special color that has no other Andalusian city.

All Sacromonte area, which gives its name to Granada's most famous tortilla (made of brains and testicles), which have not succeeded in proving to be able to tell what he knows, too bad. Well, the Sacromonte area is famous for its flamenco. Take ambientillo at night and is plagadito of Japanese camera at the ready .. I can not tell more, because we got there, (the references we took a local taxi driver).

Granada find in most churches, convents, La Cartuja!, Turkish bath, "the Corral del Carbon", etc etc etc. .. but you have to discover you, are you will not want to tell you all right?

What if I can say is that Granada has a splendid desserts, eats film, good tapas (there are many facilities around the Cathedral, for example) or a plate. And you spend the day drinking, for me, a "clear" thanks! In my village is called "pika", but here we say "clear" beer with lemon, refreshing and healthy!

And finally, a brief Notes from the hotel where we stayed: Hotel Real de la Alhambra . Just outside the center, but for me it was great. It is not located in the most idyllic, but it has everything I look for in a hotel: spacious, comfortable, modern design, mountain views, swimming pool (curiously only gets the sun in the morning), great service, spa (was very hot, or think probrarlo!), very friendly, good food (though we had half board, we tried the restaurant and very good), details with the customer (being in the pool we were served a very refreshing Pie ice cream. .) great soundproofing and wifi the room spotless! I recommend booking car garage and forget. There is a hotel right next bus that brings you closer to the center in a plis plas. The taxi ride, about 6 €. Indeed, a stone's throw from Sierra Nevada, about 25 kms, ideal for those who want to go skiing.

and nothing else, Granada is a lively and cheerful, you must visit at least once in their life. So I encourage you and not let it pass!

Fleetwood Wilderness Travel Trailer Owners Manual

pecking Alicante, the Inn of Farmers and their chupi-chupi in the old quarter.

Well, recently arrived from Alicante I decided to make a post to extol the Mesón-chupi chupi farmers, and by the way, tell you I'm pretty surprised to see what they have left the old town of Alicante. It is noted that the City Council has finally managed to wash his face a little to much neglect it has suffered for years. Now the buildings shine with light itself and Saint Nicholas cathedral is magnificent.

Easter
Building, opened the doors of the new cathedral museum, small but cozy. I am an atheist to the truth, it seems incredible that I attract these temples, will by that halo of mystery that engages so many people? qui sá it!

Returning to the subject that brings us, let's talk about chupi-chupi the Farmers Inn in the old quarter of Alicante (c / Labrador, No. 19. Tfn 965 20 48 46). Well, my first chupi-chupi ate more than 20 years, and where to look you, after that I'm back there, and continued the inn as he left it then (maybe higher) and with the same secret recipe sauce the chupi-chupi.

But what am I talking about?, I'm talking about a montadito which is specialty of the house since the world began. This is a mini-sandwich style bread (buenísimo!!) With pork loin grilled (but nothing dry!) And sprinkled with a secret sauce, which I gather is a sort of mayonnaise with garlic, parsley, vinegar and go you to know that other seasoning fatal for cholesterol, but who knows a holy glory!

And when you're there for the first time for dinner (tempranito!! because after 9 turns to the topes1) and shyly ask for just a sandwich, you're wasting time, because 2 is the minimum you'll want to eat. It reminds me of the coca-cola or fast food, because I'm sure you have a condiment that's addictive! because you eat it greedily and hoping that never ends!
Well, nothing, you know, if you give yourself a little walk around the neighborhood (which is always very lively with its terraces, its lamps and its steep streets) do not miss the Farmers Inn, as the first stop of the night.

months petits enfants Bon Apetit!

Come Inside Her Movies

In Castro (Cantabria), the Living Waters Spa and the irrelevance of The

Yesterday I decided to go along with two children (one 13 and another 12 years) to spend time at the Living Waters Spa is in the town of Castro Urdiales in Cantabria.

To give you some background I will tell you that we had visited the Living Waters Spa in January. It was then when asked if they would let two children of this age, the owner of Spa told us there was no problem as long as they signed a declaration of responsibility. I did and use the facilities without problem.

advantage we returned this weekend to Castro, Cantabria, as so often, we decided to return to the spa with the kids and booked time at the Spa at Agua Viva by telephone. My surprise was that once there, when we accompanied to the locker room, I asked without malice, if it had managed the jets did not work last time (6 jets, only worked 3). Well, it was as if we had put a firecracker in the ass, I replied that "neither had managed, nor ever going to fix," and that "it was time to leave because I still had not paid more, which made him a favor if I left with children ".
I sincerely ojiplática I was, I could not believe that a simple comment, I was asked to leave so vehemently! The owner of Spa Agua Viva de Castro had a very particular way of serving customers, the truth. And if I had not been clear, he said he "did not understand why he attached so much importance to the jets worked or not! That was the only person I had done such a question. " He continued in this line while the leaf gave me a sign ... (what I have livers, really! What do I get my kids!)
Well, many of you at this point in the conversation You might have caught the pack and would have gone out the door without even say goodbye, but I had promised to bring children to the Spa at Agua Viva and did not want to give them a displeasure. So I said, that unless I prohibit the entry, we would stay at the Spa de Cantabria ... And indeed, we are not barred from entering.
enjoyed in water for an hour (quite cool indeed chilly the gooseneck) of your plunge pool 10 x 4 m, its jacuzzi and Turkish bath. Leaving there, we count and we parted forever. He had just lost a potential regular customer (me) simply because of the bad taste and had to treat.
I can not understand someone make so much effort in starting a business, which is seen to have made every effort and then have so clumsily when treating clients.

This reminded me that the first time we were there, had a pretty big mess with a couple of guys who had been waiting over an hour they are called to give a massage in a waiting room and without anyone had said nothing. I remember perfectly that those two, paid his account and told me exactly what "not going back anymore, because the service leaves much to be desired."
Leaving apologized, but never came up some compensation to compensate the hard time that had passed me not to do! It is a shame because get a customer costs a lot and lose, just a breeze!
Sorry, but neither I nor mine, we'll never again set foot Spa at Agua Viva Castro Urdiales, Cantabria. Au revoir!

Mastercraft Lexington Es-335

its owner in the world

Today I will present another of my experiments, you know, so we'll be calm and relaxed scratching his belly, if we can be looking around and taking the plate out there?

Well, the experiment began and a couple of months ago, I decided to contact all "Carratalá" registered on Facebook to see what happened. What I've discovered I loved it, because a name like mine is not exactly common, it has its what, and is very spread throughout the world.

Although I collect "Carratalá" of Facebook (the social network will not let me run more, because I can close the account thinking that I spam) until I contacted when prim @ s especially in the English Levante area, but many in France, Argentina, Cuba (and Miami, therefore), Puerto Rico, etc ... We even have a Carratalá for Africa!

My idea is that we can go hang pictures of our grandparents, those who bundle left shoulder to make the Americas or simply sought to richer countries, where they earn wages that were not here. All this will, for sure, because I think many of us strive for this to work.

And while all this comes, Jaime López Carratalá, another Alicante like me, send us a website to see how our name is distributed according to the INE (Nat Inst of Statistics). This is what you get:

Well, so far I can tell you this, and will continue to investigate!

Many thanks to all Carratalá that are participating in this initiative. A big kiss to everyone!!

Carratalá How we eat and why? Holiday cottages Guipúzcoa

I just published a battery articles on diabetes in the China Medical blog of my friend Teresa, and I'll copy one of the final paragraphs, because it's a little review of behavior that we have with the food was very curious.

I leave here, I hope you like it:

Hunger moves possessiveness, desire for absorption, some greed. Eating is to satisfy the desire for the ingestion, integration and assimilation. The hunger for sweets always expresses an unsatisfied hunger for love. An exaggerated fear the thorns simbolízale fear of attacks. Concern about the bones, fear of problems, does not want to get to the heart of the matter. The who like spicy foods denote a desire for new emotions. People who do intellectual work and have to think long shown a preference for salty foods and dishes. The very conservative with a fondness for canned foods, especially smoked, and drinking strong tea without sugar (in general, foods rich in tannic acid).

How Long To Wait Before Waxing Legs

, let's Hotel Santa Kutz Rutala! Matilde Asensi

Of all the lodgings in Guipúzcoa went for almost accidentally, in Hotel Rural Santa Kutz, what good luck is ours!

Following a draw on the Facebook page Xarmada charming hotels in the Basque Country , we enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the Hotel Santa Kutz, the center point of iron Guipuzcoa.

Although previous snowfall had led to ruin our first meeting with the Hotel, cyclogenesis that we could not resist coming over at last our enjoyment of a fantastic weekend. The Hotel Santa Kutz has retained outside appearance of village Basque, but the interior is a warmth and incredible placement. The entire hotel is decorated to please and meet the traveler: colonial furniture and Basques, wood-burning fireplaces, colored candles, comfortable chairs, places to rest, water, plants and soft background music what more could you want?

The rooms are not overly large, but they are a handy almost minimalist. Simple decor, great beds!, Wonderful views, shower and natural soaps, crafts ...

For me the two highlights of the hotel are Jacuzzi and restaurant.

The jacuzzi, which is booked time (because while you're not fit anyone else) and you can enjoy a fantastic time as you savor watching the landscape, or, in the light of the candles you just go with the sweet melody of the background music. Wonderful! And

restaurant has a chef, Joseph, is worth its weight in gold. Any of the dishes we tried were served at the point and with impeccable presentation. The menu is quite extensive for a country house hotel, you have very elaborate dishes, meats, fish and desserts starting and not stopping. All complemented by an extensive variety of wines and spirits impressive, and for fans of cigars: of all brands and sizes!

To give you an idea of having the restaurant I am going to detail one of our meals (only and only to give you an envy of death is clearly not? Hehe). As starters: pintxo of belly vinaigrette, foie micuit homemade pudding stuffed with shrimp and asparagus together cod confit. To highlight the good steak! with green salad (green something to hide!) and for dessert .... coulant au chocolat and caramel French toast in a bath of custard and accompanied by homemade vanilla ice cream. How have you "Stay"? I hope you're reading this after having eaten, otherwise, the effect is immediate uncontrolled salivation and an immediate outcry from our stomach.

only thing I missed you at this hotel, get some defective, go! is a welcome book in the room, you know, where they give you hours of the restaurant, they explain the general rules for use of the jacuzzi for example, house prices, etc etc. It is true that Iosu, the owner personally showed us the house and was extremely thorough and gentle with all his explanations, but .. I like what the book Welcome, what can I do? Also I missed a hairdryer in the bathroom, but do not know whether or not upon request, available to customers.

And for those you want to enjoy the culture, landscapes, people and its scenery, will give a brief summary of what you can enjoy in the area.

First, find two of the most spectacular sanctuaries Guipúzcoa: the Ermita de la Antigua 5 'drive from there. Impressive monument has an original timbered ceiling of several centuries ago. Jesus, the guide will explain in detail the history of the chapel and all you want to know about it. And of course, Arantzazu Sanctuary, a gallery of art in all its corners. Nearby

in Oñati find the first Basque university (espectacular!), a jewel of Renaissance. Was active from 1542 until 1901!. Visit indispensable, an incredible interior paneling, the facade sublime ... Also in Oñati the Arrikrutz Caves, opened in 2007, a nice walk into the earth.

And of course, but it deserves another post, we are in the path iron! In all this region will find museums and spaces that make us relive the daily life of our ancestors, their modus vivendi : forges, honey museum, museum bread, mid-century school XX, farmhouse-museum of cider (incredible view in full operation!), Cheese museum, parks, chapels, mills ... It is a tourist area that offers a wonderful offer to enjoy with your family, group, couple or alone. There is no waste, if not know, do not hesitate a moment, rather than later!

Ship Parts Names Diagram

I know I promised Virginia first write a post about "Bilbao with children", but as always, this ravine that is my life, dragging me to their own devices.

The truth is that no ground whatsoever to attack celebrities, but is that Matilde Asensi is one of my favorite writers. When I found out yesterday about my job would be signing his newly released book "Vengeance in Seville", could not resist the temptation to get close to there to meet her.

After a brief photo session, it was for her (deduct) almost an ordeal and before abducting his companions, had the great kindness to meet my requests, talk to me a few minutes and sign his book. While his companions almost threw it to boot of my hand, she refused to leave without hearing what he was saying.

which I am unaccustomed to approach tad cut to celebrity and that she was with my attention, the first contact was a little awkward, but then been brought back the situation, and helter-skelter and I snapped it at once, that I too was in Alicante, which I liked very much as wrote and launched and as it was, and I even took a picture with her!

The truth is that I thought a simple person, a little flushed at that unexpected prominence, super-friendly, very charming and very natural. I have to thank here how lovely it was me and the detail that had to sign the book without waiting to "officially open" the act.

Thanks Matilde!

PD: Actually which has two books for me, insurmountable "Iacobus" and "The Last Cato" if someone has not read, I recommend strongly because they are a luxury for entertaining!
