Come Inside Her Movies

In Castro (Cantabria), the Living Waters Spa and the irrelevance of The

Yesterday I decided to go along with two children (one 13 and another 12 years) to spend time at the Living Waters Spa is in the town of Castro Urdiales in Cantabria.

To give you some background I will tell you that we had visited the Living Waters Spa in January. It was then when asked if they would let two children of this age, the owner of Spa told us there was no problem as long as they signed a declaration of responsibility. I did and use the facilities without problem.

advantage we returned this weekend to Castro, Cantabria, as so often, we decided to return to the spa with the kids and booked time at the Spa at Agua Viva by telephone. My surprise was that once there, when we accompanied to the locker room, I asked without malice, if it had managed the jets did not work last time (6 jets, only worked 3). Well, it was as if we had put a firecracker in the ass, I replied that "neither had managed, nor ever going to fix," and that "it was time to leave because I still had not paid more, which made him a favor if I left with children ".
I sincerely ojiplática I was, I could not believe that a simple comment, I was asked to leave so vehemently! The owner of Spa Agua Viva de Castro had a very particular way of serving customers, the truth. And if I had not been clear, he said he "did not understand why he attached so much importance to the jets worked or not! That was the only person I had done such a question. " He continued in this line while the leaf gave me a sign ... (what I have livers, really! What do I get my kids!)
Well, many of you at this point in the conversation You might have caught the pack and would have gone out the door without even say goodbye, but I had promised to bring children to the Spa at Agua Viva and did not want to give them a displeasure. So I said, that unless I prohibit the entry, we would stay at the Spa de Cantabria ... And indeed, we are not barred from entering.
enjoyed in water for an hour (quite cool indeed chilly the gooseneck) of your plunge pool 10 x 4 m, its jacuzzi and Turkish bath. Leaving there, we count and we parted forever. He had just lost a potential regular customer (me) simply because of the bad taste and had to treat.
I can not understand someone make so much effort in starting a business, which is seen to have made every effort and then have so clumsily when treating clients.

This reminded me that the first time we were there, had a pretty big mess with a couple of guys who had been waiting over an hour they are called to give a massage in a waiting room and without anyone had said nothing. I remember perfectly that those two, paid his account and told me exactly what "not going back anymore, because the service leaves much to be desired."
Leaving apologized, but never came up some compensation to compensate the hard time that had passed me not to do! It is a shame because get a customer costs a lot and lose, just a breeze!
Sorry, but neither I nor mine, we'll never again set foot Spa at Agua Viva Castro Urdiales, Cantabria. Au revoir!

Mastercraft Lexington Es-335

its owner in the world

Today I will present another of my experiments, you know, so we'll be calm and relaxed scratching his belly, if we can be looking around and taking the plate out there?

Well, the experiment began and a couple of months ago, I decided to contact all "Carratalá" registered on Facebook to see what happened. What I've discovered I loved it, because a name like mine is not exactly common, it has its what, and is very spread throughout the world.

Although I collect "Carratalá" of Facebook (the social network will not let me run more, because I can close the account thinking that I spam) until I contacted when prim @ s especially in the English Levante area, but many in France, Argentina, Cuba (and Miami, therefore), Puerto Rico, etc ... We even have a Carratalá for Africa!

My idea is that we can go hang pictures of our grandparents, those who bundle left shoulder to make the Americas or simply sought to richer countries, where they earn wages that were not here. All this will, for sure, because I think many of us strive for this to work.

And while all this comes, Jaime López Carratalá, another Alicante like me, send us a website to see how our name is distributed according to the INE (Nat Inst of Statistics). This is what you get:

Well, so far I can tell you this, and will continue to investigate!

Many thanks to all Carratalá that are participating in this initiative. A big kiss to everyone!!

Carratalá How we eat and why? Holiday cottages Guipúzcoa

I just published a battery articles on diabetes in the China Medical blog of my friend Teresa, and I'll copy one of the final paragraphs, because it's a little review of behavior that we have with the food was very curious.

I leave here, I hope you like it:

Hunger moves possessiveness, desire for absorption, some greed. Eating is to satisfy the desire for the ingestion, integration and assimilation. The hunger for sweets always expresses an unsatisfied hunger for love. An exaggerated fear the thorns simbolízale fear of attacks. Concern about the bones, fear of problems, does not want to get to the heart of the matter. The who like spicy foods denote a desire for new emotions. People who do intellectual work and have to think long shown a preference for salty foods and dishes. The very conservative with a fondness for canned foods, especially smoked, and drinking strong tea without sugar (in general, foods rich in tannic acid).

How Long To Wait Before Waxing Legs

, let's Hotel Santa Kutz Rutala! Matilde Asensi

Of all the lodgings in Guipúzcoa went for almost accidentally, in Hotel Rural Santa Kutz, what good luck is ours!

Following a draw on the Facebook page Xarmada charming hotels in the Basque Country , we enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the Hotel Santa Kutz, the center point of iron Guipuzcoa.

Although previous snowfall had led to ruin our first meeting with the Hotel, cyclogenesis that we could not resist coming over at last our enjoyment of a fantastic weekend. The Hotel Santa Kutz has retained outside appearance of village Basque, but the interior is a warmth and incredible placement. The entire hotel is decorated to please and meet the traveler: colonial furniture and Basques, wood-burning fireplaces, colored candles, comfortable chairs, places to rest, water, plants and soft background music what more could you want?

The rooms are not overly large, but they are a handy almost minimalist. Simple decor, great beds!, Wonderful views, shower and natural soaps, crafts ...

For me the two highlights of the hotel are Jacuzzi and restaurant.

The jacuzzi, which is booked time (because while you're not fit anyone else) and you can enjoy a fantastic time as you savor watching the landscape, or, in the light of the candles you just go with the sweet melody of the background music. Wonderful! And

restaurant has a chef, Joseph, is worth its weight in gold. Any of the dishes we tried were served at the point and with impeccable presentation. The menu is quite extensive for a country house hotel, you have very elaborate dishes, meats, fish and desserts starting and not stopping. All complemented by an extensive variety of wines and spirits impressive, and for fans of cigars: of all brands and sizes!

To give you an idea of \u200b\u200bhaving the restaurant I am going to detail one of our meals (only and only to give you an envy of death is clearly not? Hehe). As starters: pintxo of belly vinaigrette, foie micuit homemade pudding stuffed with shrimp and asparagus together cod confit. To highlight the good steak! with green salad (green something to hide!) and for dessert .... coulant au chocolat and caramel French toast in a bath of custard and accompanied by homemade vanilla ice cream. How have you "Stay"? I hope you're reading this after having eaten, otherwise, the effect is immediate uncontrolled salivation and an immediate outcry from our stomach.

only thing I missed you at this hotel, get some defective, go! is a welcome book in the room, you know, where they give you hours of the restaurant, they explain the general rules for use of the jacuzzi for example, house prices, etc etc. It is true that Iosu, the owner personally showed us the house and was extremely thorough and gentle with all his explanations, but .. I like what the book Welcome, what can I do? Also I missed a hairdryer in the bathroom, but do not know whether or not upon request, available to customers.

And for those you want to enjoy the culture, landscapes, people and its scenery, will give a brief summary of what you can enjoy in the area.

First, find two of the most spectacular sanctuaries Guipúzcoa: the Ermita de la Antigua 5 'drive from there. Impressive monument has an original timbered ceiling of several centuries ago. Jesus, the guide will explain in detail the history of the chapel and all you want to know about it. And of course, Arantzazu Sanctuary, a gallery of art in all its corners. Nearby

in Oñati find the first Basque university (espectacular!), a jewel of Renaissance. Was active from 1542 until 1901!. Visit indispensable, an incredible interior paneling, the facade sublime ... Also in Oñati the Arrikrutz Caves, opened in 2007, a nice walk into the earth.

And of course, but it deserves another post, we are in the path iron! In all this region will find museums and spaces that make us relive the daily life of our ancestors, their modus vivendi : forges, honey museum, museum bread, mid-century school XX, farmhouse-museum of cider (incredible view in full operation!), Cheese museum, parks, chapels, mills ... It is a tourist area that offers a wonderful offer to enjoy with your family, group, couple or alone. There is no waste, if not know, do not hesitate a moment, rather than later!
